We use fresh, local, and organically grown ingredients whenever possible. No seed oils. No high fructose corn syrup. Ever. Just whole, minimally processed foods, cooked with traditional fats and a commitment to sustainability—from kitchen to compost.

Our soups, sauces, dressings—and even mayonnaise and hollandaise—start with the freshest ingredients, from locally grown blueberries and honey to farm-fresh eggs and seasonal produce.
